"With deep sorrow Ukrainian parliamentarians accepted news on numerous human losses and destructions caused by floods and landslips near Rio de Janeiro city", the telegram reads.

On the behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and him personally V. Lytvyn wishes sooner recovery for the injured and ask to retell condolence words to the families and relatives of perished people.
